I don’t use Karn very often but I just noticed lately that events with colored nodes are preventing Karn from using cards that do not correspond to the node’s color. All other PWs that are 2/3 colors can use any cards that the PW can use color wise.
Is this intended or a bug?

Yes. Basically the colorless pws are limited to the colors of the nodes they play in. That’s why you see them more often in non restricted events (training grounds, hod) than elsewhere. They also have no restrictions in pve, that’s where they excel at
