Combat notification during matches

Subtle combat notifications while in the middle of a match would be nice if there’s a way to do it that doesn’t cover much of the screen - a la phone notifications.

Ie while you’re in the middle of a fight you might see a message pop up that so-and-so beat you or so-and-so has been successfully defended against.

This would be a nice upgrade to our current notification system of just seeing all the people who attack you after you get out of a fight

If the game were pinging the server constantly during battles, it would kill your battery even more than it already does.

I really don’t need to know about my defence battles that desperately that I want it interrupting my current game.
