Alright, I can understand not doing two events in a row with 
rewards. Not saying I like it, but I understand if you want to keep a 4 
character slightly rare.
My question is why are the 300 & 900 point token rewards NOT anniversary tokens? Especially since the Combined Arms tokens are just heroic tokens with a different background image. Seriously, they have the exact same drop % and character selection as heroic tokens.
Sounds like a total mistake on someone’s end since they had previously stated that tokens during anniversary week would be anniversary tokens. Maybe they meant ‘some’ would be but either way, other than the anniversary ‘season’ points, the rewards for this event are kind of silly
I’m wondering the same thing. I’m not sure if it is a glitch or not. However, I know myself and others are waiting a bit before hitting 300 to see if the token stays the same or changes to an anniversary token.
I know they were at the comic con in NY this weekend, so I’m guessing if not changed today, this is how the reward structure was intended for this one.
A little word from Dave, Ice, Will, or anyone else at D3 as to whether or not this is on purpose would def. cut down on the backlash and spite this is about to cause. It doesn’t make much sense, so I can understand if it’s a mistake. If this is deliberate, It’s a huge slap in the face.
Dave and Ice have been at NYCC all weekend so they may be slow to respond to this, but I’d expect something today in any case.
I agree that it is most likely a mistake. But as usual the bigger mistake will be if they don’t get on the forums ASAP and at least acknowledge our questions. “Oops” is an answer that most will accept since everything else has been beyond expectations. I’m still enjoying the anniversary very much, but things like this are what make an event “fun” instead of “awesome”.
Looks like i has now been fixed, at least I am seeing Annivercary tokens in those slots.
Yeah, I hit 300 earlier today and it was an Anniversary token.

EDIT: After posting this I checked myself. My token still says “Combined Arms”, not “Anniversary”. 
Got a combined arms token and still seeing that in both slots on my rewards page. But I’ve been getting mostly 2* or maxed covers so I opened it anyway. Obw for the win.
I’m still seeing combined arm tokens in my reward page. And I already hit 300… will there be a change to anniversary tokens for those who got the combined arm tokens?

Perhaps it’s just an error with the reward listing showing the incorrect name then. Did yours show Combined Arms on reward screen, but still award an anniversary token? Or does your reward list display anniversary tokens like dragma’s?
I hit 300. And it is NOT a Anniversary token. It was on the Combined Arms page to unlock it.
Perhaps the people getting the anniversary token started their nodes AFTER the mistake was fixed?

For those getting anniversary tokens for CA, which platform are you on? I’m on android, and my 300 and 900 rewards are still CA tokens, not anniversary tokens.
Well I got a CA token and its still waiting to be opened. I am using Steam.

I have started the event, and am also seeing CA token at 300 (I am just over 100 currently, haven’t decided if I want to go for 300 yet or not)
