Is anyone else having trouble connecting? I have good internet. Both ATT and 4G Verizon on my phone, yet it keeps giving me this error and will not let me into the game…

Lost health packs i used before going into a match but it shows my characters now damaged but lost the score I earned. Just a tad annoying. It should buffer the updates it needs to make to the server when it re-connects rather than just losing them.
1-Is this global? Is everyone down?
2-If not, if we were shielded in the PVP, will our shields be extended until you can fix the problem?
3-Some of us were just coming out of a game. Do you know if our points are lost? Or will they be there waiting for us?
4-If someone was using boost/health packs, will they be reimbursed?
I agree with this indeed…had the same happened to me many times. Mid fight, connection issue. When you finally get back up, you’ve got a 3+ hour wait time on your heroes. Not fun.
Now the game is unplayable during one refresh and it becomes near certain that I won’t even make Top 200 in this broken shit PvE tournament. Really D3 just keeps on piling heap of crap on heap of crap.
If your heroes were healed, they are either downed or critically injured.
shields technically should remain active. But if you broke shields for a match, or if it was ending, you would be exposed once the connection issue is resolved.
