Am I the only one getting hit by this the last couple of days? I have reported it and they confirm it’s a problem. But no-one else seems to be bugged with it. The game resumes automatically after a while (hours?). It only seems to happen in Windows 10.
This is probably a network problem somewhere between you and the game servers. Unfortunately, since it sounds like you’re playing on a PC rather than a mobile device, you may not have an easy option to come in over another network. I’d recommend you open a customer support ticket.
Thanks, I have. However I found out that my Windows 10 install was caput. Other things started to fail and I gave up and reinstalled windows. Then, no problems!
