Hello MPQ Community and Employees,
Earlier this week and issue with iTunes and D3 Publisher restricted users from playing the game. Events were still running, (Sticks & Stones, Lightening Rounds, and The Hunt featuring the new Professor X 4*). I couldn’t battle as the screen just kept loading after pressing the “FIGHT” button.
Here was my email to D3 on the situation:
"Hello D3 representative,
I understand this is a middleman error. However this has put me at many disadvantages in the game.
- This seriously hindered my ability to meet alliance minimum requirements for the Stick & Stones PVP. I generally collect 900-1000+ in PVPs. I was going for the red Luke Cage cover as a 900 point reward. You can review my past pvp points for this information and understand why this is such a disappointment on my end.
- It put me behind in my Season scoring. Totally not cool. How can we fix this?
- With the introduction of the new PVE The Hunt battling for Professor X I am severely behind.
I have spent $100’s of dollars on this mobile game. If you need detailed receipts I can supply them at your request. I support D3 in their efforts of continuing to supply us dedicated players with new and excited missions and characters. And while I know this isn’t a perfect world, I’m disappointed that this season just started I’m pretty much not going to make my goals.
I feel I deserve the covers, iso, hero points, and season points that I was unable to collect. I want to support this game. However, I don’t want to go the rest of the season feeling like a customer who isn’t valued. I understand this was an Apple issue as well. Their customer service never replied to me since last night. I am furious about this since I have been a customer of theirs since the release of the first iPhone. I will be canceling my service with them and going to samsung. This ios release burning out the app store is unacceptable.
I hope you understand my frustration, and I hope we can come to any sort of agreement.

I am still severely behind in The Hunt PVE. Holding top 100 is tough when you have an 18 hour disadvantage to players able to get in. I am hoping for some sort of resolution to this. If anyone, (player/employee) would like to chime and with your thoughts that would be great. I am on day 493 as an active player. Thank you for reading this.
