Corrupted and lost save

My game save was corrupted. It wouldn’t let me do anything but the tutorial. It said I was still logged into Facebook, so I couldn’t do anything. I got my daily reward from my Alliance and the sentry pvp reward. I got my daily reward but it was day 1. I uninstalled the game and reinstalled, reloaded into Facebook. Loaded from Facebook server per prompts. It gave me nothing, just the level 1 iron man 1*.

I am out hundreds and hundreds of hours. Please help!

Im waiting already over 6 weeks to get my (save file) problem solved, so i wish ya good luck.

And i have over 2637 hours of playtime.

I was under the impression this problem had been solved. :confused:

You’ll need to file a customer service ticket. They may need to migrate your account.
