CS response to locked out of Cat-5 event

Has anyone who’s locked out of the storm category 5 pvp event gotten any sort of response from customer service beyond the typical “we’ve received your request”?
I’m sitting on being locked out of the event for going on 10 hours now without having heard a word back from CS. Not that I’m surprised by that at all but I’m just wondering if anyone else has had better luck
