I raised a ticket to get some latest swapped around last Tuesday. (361064) it says 24-72 hours on the reply but I’m pushing double that.
Was wondering what other experiences people are currently seeing for the same so i have at least some expectation other then none.

Last week it was still “normal”:
Raised one on Tuesday, got the go-ahead to sell on Wednesday and received the new cover on Thursday.
Thanks Starfury. Perhaps I raised it wrong then? I raised mine last Tuesday too.

edit: another day and the cover has been swapped. Similar timeframe to starfuy.
