I was just about to test the Ob Nixilis, Captive Kingpin, Masterpiece only to run into several issues old and new ones:

  1. you still can get more than one extra swap in one move - extremely old
  2. Seed decks still create a lock when an elemental token is created and shown - known since Green PMA was released
  3. Ob Nixilis only triggers on lose life effects from creatures like Ayara, First of Locthwain, no spells no supports

And also
4. Vip level 45+ has no access to vip-offers in the vault (reportet like 4+ month ago)

This issue
4. Vip level 45+ has no access to vip-offers in the vault (reportet like 4+ month ago)
is not consistent.
One account has still full access while another account shows now one VIP-Offer and zero offers earlier.
