Does cs even read the tickets that are submitted?

Only after the automated replies are replied to by you telling them the info is in the original mail.

I actually just had a great CS experience. They resolved my ticket in under 24 hours.

They use a keyword generator for the first level response. Then if it’s a uncommon request (not a latest swap for example) they’ll usually ask you re-explain your original email.
