Does the d3p-support team work over the weekend?
Cos I’m waiting for a reply since last thursday 
The average reply time from these lazy bums is about a week. I have a topic they never replied to, so there’s that as well.
Also they don’t work on the weekend so you have to account for that time.

Poke the issue, but be civil about it.
I told them how offended I was that it was taking 5 days to get my data restored after replacing my phone; I had a response within the hour.
(After waiting 5 days, but yeah)
