You gave out 2 blues for him on the prior event. Shouldn’t the 1100 reward be either red or purple?

That’s exactly what my Deadpool looks like. I won every possible cover available and haven’t gotten any from tokens.
She-Hulk is exactly the same. Mine is now fully covered at 5/3/5 solely from rewards and again, none from tokens.
If they were being completely even with them, she would be something like 5/4/4 instead.
Just for a piece of anecdata, I actually needed the blue. It was my birthday weekend, so I missed most of the previous PvP, but after that I had the time and inclination to go totally TinyKittyhouse on the Daredevil PvE with my then 4/1/5 DD.
Your example is different. Im talking about back to back pvp events. In your pvp event the purple was given as the double reward and then the red at 1100 the follow up event. This was 2 blues given with alliance reward and then another at 1100 the next event.
They did something similar with doom lately though not the same. They gave 3 black covers in one event and only 1 blue. It’s always been 2 of each for the 2 power 3 star characters
