Hello everyone,
My phone’s data was recently cleared and had to reinstall the app. After some research, I learned that I was using a “Guest account” and need my data remapped.
I submitted a support ticket (271163https://d3publisherofamerica.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/271163) but doesn’t seem much movement has occurred.
Anything else I can do to get this issue resolved?
