they had an update,
they wiped my account,
they did nothing, other than ask for a screenshot, of the new account,
then they told me my account was wiped…
wich is why i put in a ticket in the first place…
any dev, any tech support read the forum?
when will they do something other than ask for a screenshot ?
its unacceptable I should be able to talk to someone, but they only have a bot, asking for a screenshot…
