Hoarding is just used to guarantee you get what you want from a vault, it doesn’t change what’s inside the vault.
if you pull from a expired DPD vault, it reset every pull, so u will get 24/300 chance every pull to get health packs
The taco vaults switch between ‘Sweet’ and ‘Savory’ every 5 days. So there’s never really an ‘expired’ vault, only one active and one inactive. If you hoard taco tokens you will build up two pools of the different types. Each pool will be good for their specific type.
So, yes, if you pull from the inactive vault, it resets every pull, giving you static odds. However, if you wait for that vault to become active again you can increase your odds of pulling any specific reward. If you save up 300 of one type of token you can pull everything from a single vault.
