Deathgorge scavenger ability inactive when attacking

Deathgorge scavenger only gives +1/+1 when ETB and it exiles a spell or support. If it exiles a creature, no health is gained.

When it attacks, it does not exile a card in order to activate the resolution phase of the ability.
