The Fan Favorites CP store has rotated, and now the 5* odds are ~1:7, instead of ~1:4 like in the first rotation. Pretty upsetting for those of us who were waiting for a different trio to spend our CP on… It would have been nice to get some communication on all this…
Yeah… I try to keep an even keel about this stuff, but my excitement at the trio was quickly replaced by disappointment at the rate change. I get that keeping us off balance about what stores are coming up is part of the deal with a game like this… but man, changing the fundamentals about the FF stores feels pretty bad.
And full 4* dilution is back.
Yep, I wanted more of them all but will save for the next time.
Yes, also was disappointed. Really don’t understand why the stores are so different.
I was ready to make a big pull today, but now I am holding off. Who knows, next one might be 1:4 again? The uncertainty is making me spend less, rather than more.

What is happening with this game. The developers had a whole year to plan this anniversary and now the rate is being changed in the middle of the event? Seriously, what happens now to those who pulled with a rate of 1:7, accept the loss?
I am one of those people that pulled at 1:7. I contacted CS and they got back to me quickly but have said the ticket is “on hold until there has been an update for this issue.” Guess I will wait and see.
Was Classics intended to be 1:8 for…N amount of time? Is that cause for a ticket? I have no clue how many pulls I’ve done in there…

No idea but I pull about 85 Classics per season. I am not going to put in a ticket - I figure the odds were advertised and I used the CP knowingly. It’s like asking for HP back because the next vault had better stuff in it.

I suppose, but I feel like we got a pretty big announcement when the odds were changed to 1:5 and bonus 3 odds were introduced, so to quietly make them 1:8 with no announcement seems pretty weak.

Yeah, I’m not defending it changing and changing back without any communication. I’m just saying I saw the odds and pulled anyway.

! And it might not impact you so much, but I have alliance mates who pulled for 1000s of CP when the vault first opened. That’s a good number of 5 covers they missed out on mathematically. CS tickets have been made and resolved for much much less.

Thanks @Zarqa - no problem at all. 
They updated their position on this and will issue you FF tokens at 1:3 pulls you made under the 1:7 odds if you contact CS and notify them.
Presumably anyone who already did so, got their tokens already. If you haven’t contacted them, I would recommend it.
