As the title says, mission wins as DD are not incremental the seasonal quest counter.
Apparently, 5* Jeffrey fulfills this requirement for some reason. (source: reddit, confirmed in-game).
The quest text got updated a few hours later to reflect that it was supposed to be Symbiote Jeff.
