Devs/Mods would this be considered cheating?

We have a very active Facebook Community, and a player has started circulating news of a 3rd Party Application, and I just want some clarification as to if this breaks any rules/policies. It does not seem to do anything that gives a huge advantage. According to the Play Store, this is what it does.

What can CM GameBooster do?

  1. Automatically solve RAM (memory) problems while open.
  2. Automatically boost games by 30%+ when launching.
  3. Automatically solve RAM (memory) problems when exiting games .

I just want to make sure no one is in danger of getting banned or anything if they decide to use this. It seems fishy, but then again, it doesn’t seem to let someone get a distinct advantage

if you would get banned and sandboxed for this, a lot of people would have already downloaded it

If it doesn’t give an advantage then why would someone use it?

It sounds like it’s supposed to make your device more efficient. That should be fine. Yes it’s advantageous but so is having the newest fastest phone.
