Lots of BBCode forums have this feature, and the videos don’t autoplay
Might be okay for people with rep over 100.
I wouldn’t want spammers to have access to it.

Seems too high. 25 might be a bit more reasonable. This is the requirement for down voting as well.

25 seems fair. Honestly, 10 seems fair. I’d even say 5 is acceptable if we’re saying the limit is to prevent spammers. As long as it doesn’t automatically play, 5 should be fine.
Id’ even volunteer to find said code for forum mods, so all they’d have to do is copy/paste/follow directions.
It currently is enabled for the forum, but there’s a couple settings you have to enable on the client side in order to be able to see embedded videos that others have posted. If you can’t see them, this is how you turn them on in your own preferences.
