Did anyone else not receive their season rewards?

So I just checked my game, and I had:

  1. My individual rewards for Day 2 of the PVE event
  2. My Alliance’s rewards for Day 2 of the PVE Event
  3. My Alliance’s rewards or The Real McCoy
  4. My Alliance’s rewards for the Soul Gem Season

But I did not receive my individual rewards for the SG Season. Did this happen to anyone else? Do I need to file a ticket? I never have, if so, so how do I go about that?

I find that there tends to be a slight delay in getting the individual rewards for PVP season

Those came last for me. I think they’re supposed to arrive within 24 hrs and if they don’t then send a ticket. To send a ticket click on settings in the game, then Help, then the little message icon in the top right.

It usually takes a Little while for season rewards to arrive in my experience. If they haven’t shown up tomorrow you should Contact Customer Service, but the first 24 hours it’s nothing to worry about.

I thought the same thing too. Took an hour after the season was finished for my placement rewards to be acquired. Give it some time, be patient.

There’s at least a half hour wait every season between alliance rewards (immediate) and personal rewards.
