It gave me rewards for hard but nothing so far for normal. I’ll check again but so far nothing.

Are you talking about the subs that ended 20 minutes ago? Because it can take a bit longer than that. Patience.
Yes. Just saying I got the ones for the hard mode, just nothing for normal yet.
Rewards rarely come all at once. If you haven’t gotten them after 24 hours you should contact customer service though.
After my sub ended I got the hard rewards immediately, but it took the normal rewards 1-2 hours to show.
