Maybe I’m jumping the gun here, but it has been 40 minutes and the award for the pve event that ended at 8pm eastern.
I actually updated the game as I was checking in at ten after eight. Not sure if that matters.
For what it’s worth, I was in second.
Hopefully this resolves itself but I haven’t waited this long before.
I’m in the same boat. When you checked for your rewards, did you get prompted to update? I did, and I updated, and I’m worried that’s what screwed me.
I am also having the same problem. I have sent a ticket in for it too.
For me it asked me to update and I hit skip. Still have not received mine. So that part does not matter.

But i got a reward icon up just a sec ago. but as i had clic on athoner button before he got there. it disappeared and didt come back at the new “page”
I took me until the the second sub event ended until I got the reward the reward for the first one ended up getting 5 heroic tokens at once.
Received nothing on the last sub that ended.
Same here. It’s been an hour now. Usually I get a notification for the new sub event too. Something is wrong that’s for sure.
