My question is do the Mythic Card Exclusive offers that come and go, ever come back the same way Planeswalkers come back in the Vault? More specifically, Olivia, Mobilized for War. Thanks!
They don’t, but they enter card packs when the next card sets become available.
Olivia is currently available via the SOI booster packs - along with Archangel Avacyn, Geralf’s Masterpiece, and Mindwrack Demon.
They can also be found in the 8hr free packs. If you’re that lucky of course.
So if I’m understanding this correctly, then Ulrich (the werewolf exclusive) will be available whenever the set after EMN comes out?
Yes. This is how they’ve been handling exclusives so far.
