Do unobtainable cards make MtGPQ better?

There are some cards for which there is currently no way to obtain them and no plans to make them obtainable. Is that a good thing for the game?

Do unobtainable cards make MtGPQ better?
  • Yes – Unobtainable cards improve the game.
  • No – They make the game worse.
  • Neutral – They don’t really affect my experience.
  • It depends – Some are fine, others aren’t.
  • I’m not sure / need more info.

This is a weird framing of the question, since most everyone will respond with how their personal inability to get the card is affected instead of whether it’s better for the game at large (ie, does limited-time availability create the right incentives?). I voted neutral, there are plenty of ways to win without these cards, but I’m also not a completionist, which is probably what is skewing my view vs the majority of those commenting.
