Do you have to do The Hulk - A new ally, right now?

The quest in the event that gives you the Hulk covers.

Is the quest repeatable? Will doing this quest unlock other new missions? Is it possible to put it off to doing it later?

The current mission is 2 days away from the last one, which were 1 day long intervals, so I was wondering am I missing any missions.

No, it’s not repeatable. Yes, it unlocks two new missions which then unlocks two sub-missions that will expire.
