I renewed my VIP, about 8 hours ago and my alliance was awarded the 1CP for continuing my VIP streak. However, I did not receive the Doc Ock costume for my 5*, it remains locked. I submitted a ticket with accompanying screenshots.
the Doc Ock costume is the Day One reward which I hadn’t received yet. Should get it this evening, I’ll revisit if I don’t. Thanks to @DarthDeVo
