EDIT: Actually, thinking back,
was my first somewhat decently covered
as I scored high in a PvE bracket way back that rewarded one of each of his covers which got him at the top of my roster as covers go but that character never panned out for me as either it was shelved out of the tokens or I kept getting
as rewards.
Don’t they usually award the 4* in the PVP before their PVP? I’d guess the next will be Army of One with Professor X as the First place award, followed by a Professor X PVP.
I have one noob question here. Why we don’t discuss the bracket size on PVP events like what we do on PVE events? One time I got lucky I entered in a PVP event, an hour before it ended and there were 30+ players on that time slice. It ended without a problem on my part and I got decent reward.
there is no real way to keep track of bracket size (no # banner like pve) unless u stay at zero and not too many peep under u and wait till it fills up.
I’d like to give a shout out to combo77 of the Gambit Zero alliance. Combo was nice enough to be shielded with a decently high score in shard 1 fielding what looked to be a loaner Doom, a MagNow and a Cstorm. Combo, I think I hit you at least half a dozen times, each one worth between 30-40 points and you made reaching 1000 (for only the second time since the score changes!) much nicer. Thank you, good sir!
Not complaining at all, but scores are so inflated in slice one because of Combo! I shielded at 750 (couldn’t believe I wasn’t getting hit with my level 104s, but I guess everybody else was searching for Combo…just like I was) and 750 was only good for 50th (and rising as I write this.)
My bracket (End Time 1) is going nuts. Top 25 are all over 1000 all of a sudden. It is a total free for all. Is something broken? I’m attacking and no one is retaliating.
I jumped into slice one with 1 hour left and slice one did go insane. Top was 425 with one hour left and end was 850+ ususally you dont see this high of jumps show that many are skipping the PVE and just doing PVP.. I fear how bad friday is going to be, i really need friday covers.
Also did they change how matches are made. I had to jump at least 30 to 40 people looking for better match up and never ran into the 166 3 star wall (2nd time did not run into wall on sunday either)
355 pts when time ran out could of went as high as 400 to 450 with my weak 2 star people.
what sort of sucks with 10 mins left lost twice and shoved me down to 289 and though well its over. then won 2 in a row to push me to 355 right at the end. What sucks is this now keeps me in line of getting close to 4000 pts in season (meaning i need to keep playing the PVP to the end and need to start the other vs thing (going to need around 600 pts in that to get to 4000 but always get attacked so going to wait till last PVP and then grind like crazy on the sim to try to get the 4000 pts needed
have 1700 pts right now with what 5 events left — say can hit 300 per event
300 per 1500 3200 man going to be very close (800 needed in sim)
350 per 1750 3500 will be easy to get 500
