gain from heroic recruit tokens i have had atleast 40 2 stars in a row any advice will be greatly appreciated
You can’t. You’ll get good stretches and bad stretches, but there’s nothing you can do to change the odds on them.

One thing some of my alliance mates would do to ease the disappointment is save up to a decent amount of tokens (50ish usually worked) and open them until you get just one 3*. Save up your number again, open, repeat. Its at least a fun little minigame
Yes, that’s a common thing to do considering that rotation changes such as adding Elektra happens at the start of a season. It can mean huge disappointments though as it did for me recently.
