Can I play my mobile MPQ account on the PC as well? I know that it can be one time pushed to PC but can I bounce between PC and mobile with the same profile?

If you are using Android there is an Andriod emulator that you can download, it creates a virtual tablet on your PC. So essentially working the same as switching between your phone and your tablet. It can be resource heavy so a slow PC will have a lot of lag.
