Dragon War Ribbon Oddity [Investigating]

The Prodigal objective in The Dragon War event (on the bottom left U/B/R node) rewards you with two personal ribbons, no coalition ribbons, and two whole mana runes. This is actually shown with the rune icon that’s on every win the battle listing. None of the other side objectives in the event have the rune icon, and the other battles I’ve done have given even personal and coalition ribbons as it should be.
