Anyone else getting Duplicate cards out of a legacy booster? Just happened to me

Is this legacy vip packs (none dupes) or leveling packs (as these are giving dupes).
A leveling pack
Leveling legacy packs give dupes. Only standard leveling packs are none dupe. The legacy leveling do have a better drop rate, but are not none dupe.
I can also confirm that the leveling Legacy Packs are able to provide duplicate cards.
