Spacecraft is a subtype with no intrinsic rules. In EOE, every Spacecraft is a Station, and almost all of them become an Artifact Creature when charged:

Do Spacecraft count as Vehicles as well? It seems that they should.

Just like in Paper, they don’t because they don’t have the Vehicle subtype

Indeed, they don’t. Even if the flavour may bring this idea, Spacecrafts and Vehicles use different mechanics to be ‘activated’.
