The stun behavior at the start of battle with Chasm mirror match remains consistent unequal between 2 group of players.
To elaborate, here is 2 possible scenarios at start of battle with Chasm mirror match.
Scenario 1
The stuns cancel out, no stun effect on opponent side and player gets 1 turn.
Scenario 2
The stuns don’t cancel out with stun effect on opponent side and player gets 2 turns.
So, what is the big deal here for the non-privilege Chasm player ?
1 less turn to deal extra damage against your opponent and 1 extra turn for opponent defensive ability to kick in.
Example :
Versus Colossus , 1 less turn against non-preservation passive.
Versus Scarlet , 1 less turn with no damage reduction and she able to store damage with her repeater 1 turn earlier.
Versus Immortal Hulk, Green Door happens 1 turn earlier.
You can fill the blank with any passive related characters.
Privilege players get 2 turns of extra offense and defense.
So, where is the inequality ?
If, privilege Chasm player = Group 1 and non-privilege Chasm player = Group 2.
Group 1 versus Group 1, will result in Scenario 2 with stun effect.
Group 1 versus Group 2, will result in Scenario 2 with stun effect.
Group 2 versus Group 1, will result in Scenario 1 without stun effect.
Group 2 versus Group 2, will result in Scenario 2 with stun effect.
Before any forumite falls their chair, positional and character selection got nothing to do with the different results. Oddly, you’re in group 1 or you’re not, simple as that.
To developer, can you please fix this. Chasm released 6 months ago, can we all have the same charming experience ?
