Error in prize reception for Clash of Fury 4/6

Hi,

I’m trdl23 in-game and fought hard to take 6th in the Clash of Fury. However, when it was time to receive my prize (A guaranteed rare/maybe mythic, 1750 runes I believe, and a Fat Pack) all I got was a “Something went wrong” error. Now I have no way to receive my prize. Please help ASAP!

Try contacting support via the settings in the app. I’ve contacted them twice and got a response same day each time.
