how is the buff level determined for featured characters? I always though it was 20 levels because the freebie loaner was usually level 60 for ***s, but now that I have some levels in several *** characters, the more levels you have, the more levels you get buffed as well and was wondering if anyonw knew that formula. My Punisher is at 94 and I think was buffed to 141 and the prof x loaner is up to 105 from 70. Thanks.
edit: just figured it out - duh. Its 1.5X or 50% buff. Sorry for the wasted post.
