once again not tracking, probably not the right character again. any idea what one to use?
Yeah, it’s called “the old engine”.
Unity broke the quest so you can’t do it.
It works for mobile players fine.
Yes, I am on Android and it was working fine as Bluewolf said.

Under the tender mercies of The New Engine™, these quests aren’t going to work, until they do. It’s not “wrong character” error, as had occasionally happened in the past, it’s "this quest type just don’t jive with The New Engine™ "
I trust the rest of the player base appreciates our collective sacrifices 
Apparently this issue is resolved for Steam after updating.
Hey, there is (another) update … let’s see what this one does … yes, it does get the use character quest going. Hopefully fixed daily going forward.
Oh and rewards were plugged up again, restarting reopened the floodgates. Again.

The whack-a-mole that sprang out of Pandora’s Unity Box may be never-ending.
Maybe a revenant hydra is a better analogy …
