Hello everyone,

I don’t know if you’re all aware but Facebook (and some other apps) are experiencing instability, as a result, apps that have the option to log in via Facebook are also having problems, like Magic: Puzzle Quest.
I would like to let you know that we are aware of this issue, but unfortunately, we are dependent on a fix from Facebook.
Also, I think it’s a good opportunity to remind you that Magic: Puzzle Quest has other ways to save your account. For Android users we have Google Sign in and for iOS users, we have Apple ID.

Absolutely not, Apple ID or Google Sign in will save your account even if it is linked to Facebook, it’s double security for your account! :grin:

So, when Facebook comes back (only when Facebook comes back because you need to be connected to your account to be able to save it through these features) don’t forget to go to the settings screen and sign in using one of these two features.

And for those who still have a guest account, be sure to take advantage of this reminder to link your account to one of the features available, that way your account will always be saved, even if you reinstall the app! :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

it would be fair to extend current events end time. Many players, including myself, paid 20 Gold to play Zendikar Expeditions and cannot reach score 100 because of facebook (still) not working. I barely got to 30.

I had already tapped the google button in the account settings before today’s issues and the app still failed to load after complaining about facebook not being available.

I also hit cancel on the facebook loading so it would make a guest account and after playing through the tutorial I went to the settings and the google button is disabled.

edit: after the above, I killed the app and reopened it and it seems to now use the google info, it restored my account this time. Maybe it needs to fail once to stop looking at facebook.

When I try to link to my Apple ID I get the spinny thing with the caption “authenticating”. It never resolves, so I have to force close the app.
