Facebook save after manual restore

I am in the process of manually restoring my account through customer service. I managed to overwrite my Facebook save on with a new starter account after resetting my mobile device.

Once the account restore is complete, if i hit the Facebook button to back up, will my account revert to the new starter one, or will that save be deleted, and my original account backed up? Do I need to do something through Facebook before I try to save?

I am going to have to wipe my device again in a few days for annoying reasons, so want to save effectively to avoid going through cs again.

Anyone know what I need to do?

It should give you a prompt asking if you want to restore to your previous (bad) save or overwrite it with the new (good) one. However, I forget how that was worded and I know it used to confuse some people. Be sure to read any alerts or questions about saving very carefully before proceeding, and check with support before continuing if you’re not sure.
