I am still receiving 1* covers but I am not getting any more ISO rewards. Something changed in the last 12 hours or so.
I get 1* and iso rewards, one at a time, countless hours between. It’s still broken. I also have to confirm the send as if it’s the first time sending to these people. Was that the fix and it is expected to take time to rebuild the list in-game or are some people getting their pre-bork sends again?
It has been 1.5 days now and zero ISO rewards, still getting 1* covers. Definitely broken again.
