Fervent Champion doesn't give mana [Fix in 4.1]

When Fervent Champion damages my opponent, the Equipment cards in my hand don’t get the 3 mana.

This is STILL an issue, even after the recent updates.

Still an issue. Fervent champion is not giving Shadowspear any mana

This is one of those “two effects that are counterintuitively tied together” bugs. If you don’t have a second Knight in play that Fervent Champion can give +3/+0 to, your equipment will not gain any mana.

edit: I should mention that the reverse is also true: if you don’t have an Equipment in your hand to give mana to, Fervent Champion won’t buff another Knight.
