FIGHT BETTER WITH BOOSTS

So I just did a mission in the PVE and after winning a pop up appeared with the title FIGHT BETTER WITH BOOSTS.

The sub text is null.

The image is null with the subtext of null and it has a +1 in the corner.

It has a listed price under it of 4444 Iso.

Any idea what this is?

EDIT:
Since I do not have 4444 Iso atm I decided to click the box. Nothing happened. Very odd.

I also saw that. I did have the Iso, and I clicked it by accident. It did not do anything though.
