A hero should be able to spend ISO to swap a power/cover when nearly finished developing…
IE. There should be a way to FIX my having hero’s with 12 of 13 allowed powers AND 3 OR 4 covers for the already FULL powers EXPIRING because I am Not Allowed to until I have found a different one!
It’s not like there were an area, like another story mode chapter, where I could do that…
I suppose I’m meant to go try buying cover packs… Nothing but MORE frustration there: SURPRISINGLY, I got 2 covers for the HERO I wanted… BOTH were powers already at 5, now ALSO waiting to EXPIRE unless I grow a super power of my own??
