Will it be too complicated to find balance among all the different characters?
I feel like opening it up will get us past the homogeneity of PvP teams…
It’s Monday morning and only half thought out… I suppose it could open to door to more Winfinite combos, but also makes for interesting matches, no?
AI would be able to target any character as well, not just the one that matched, and AI should become a tad bit smarter as well.
What do you guys think?
I think it’d be easier to lift the restriction in PvP of the featured character. Now of course if they did that we’d find out that there are very few featured character used even at +50% levels but that says more about balance than anything else. Maybe as a compromise make featured character +75% level (and you get a loaner if you want) but team free form. For PvE I think there’s already enough variety even with the considerable lack of balance there.
Kinda like saying a restaurant’s solution for bad food is to offer bigger portions…
