Since the latest update the Alliance chat no longer works on my Amazon Fire.
I have the same issue on my device. I do see team up requests but no other messages.
Thirded. Amazon update has broken in game chat.
I can see requests for TU and whatever I post but nothing my ally mates post.
I can confirm this is happening to me as well.

Receive the message “No chat history currently available” in Alliance chat.
Thanks for reporting this. Has everyone tried a hard restart of the app to see if that fixed the problem. If not, we will get this bug to the right people to look at.
I tried and it didn’t seem to work.
Just want to follow up and make sure a report was filed?
I also tried a reset earlier today and still have the same issue.
Thanks for making this attempt today. I spoke with the team and a hard reset worked for a similar issue like this in the past, but it sounds like it isn’t this time around. We are applying a fix and it will be in R224 where you can communicate with your same alliance mates. Although, you should be able to communicate to any other players in your Alliance on an Amazon device in the meantime.

Well I must be the only one with an Amazon device in my Alliance since I get nothing in my chat so that doesn’t help. Any time frame for the R224 update?
