My coalition has been reporting the return of the stack-bouncing bug as well. Well it was a nice couple updates without it at least.

But Tezzeret doesn’t have an alternate art, so I guess he’s never coming. Basically, we can expect Dovin, Gideon and Saheeli for the next 3 weeks in a random order. After that Fblthp will either start a new rotation of the same offers (maybe in a different order) or offer something new (for those who bought all previous vanguards) or both.
