I voted 3 passives because go big or go home, right? I don’t know. People say that sometimes.

I’d just be really lazy and put three already existing passives in these colors with this character and call it a day. OBW black, Hood blue, and Falcon yellow. Done.

Oh man, just Hood blue and OBW black would be enough, this would be the greatest support character ever. He would have to have 8000 hitpoints he would be sweet

Just make sure the passive is put in a place that needs passive.
