Why do messages sit in my outbox for a random amount of time before sending?
I understand the spam concern, but why in the world would that same restriction apply to replies?!
Don’t remember who brought it up last time, but it was explained that it is marked as sent only when the message is read by the recipient. Until then, it stay in your outbox.
