I have the same problem, too. And for 2 days also. The screen just hang there; you could scroll to see which player in your alliance didn’t play yesterday but nothing more to do.
Didn’t check if I got the daily reward.
I play on Android.
I experienced this a day or two ago on Steam too, with the game locking up after I claimed a daily reward. I cannot actually tell if the claim worked however, since the reward happened to be some boosts, whose stockpile I did not keep a close tab on.
I’ve had the same issue on Android, pretty much every day this week. Have to force close and reopen each time.
